View this email in your browser Visitation & Funeral Arrangements for Arnold Coody Dear Cypress Street & Friends, In case you haven't already received all this information, we wanted to share some basic information concerning services for celebrating the life of Arnold Coody. The following arrangements have been made: Visitation tonight, March 24, from 5pm - 8pm at Cypress Street Church of God. And again tomorrow, March 25, from 12pm-1pm. Funeral Service tomorrow, March 25, at 1pm at Cypress Street Church of God. Burial will follow at the New Hope cemetery near Pioneer, LA.  And we thank you for your prayers & care as the family grieves in the coming days. CLICK HERE to visit the obituary online. Dear CypressStreetWM, I just wanted to remind everyone that Wednesday's regular services for kids, youth, college, and adults will be cancelled in preparation for our Good Friday Service. In fact, our dress rehearsal for Good Friday will take place that night, instead. In the meantime, please continue to give prayer and thought to who you might invite to either/both services. And pray that the gospel might change lives here this weekend! Urgent Opportunity in Our Community

View this email in your browser An Urgent Opportunity Dear Cypress Street, We have an opportunity before us to help put the love of Christ on further display in our church's immediate community in the aftermath of the recent flooding. As you may have seen Sunday, many of the homes surrounding our church have lost furniture and more! Many of those families have children who attend Boley Elementary, a school we're striving to build a relationship with as we endeavor to be difference-makers around here. Principle Pate is leading an effort to help meet the basic needs of the kids who attend his school and could use our help! Since the flooding, many families are having unexpected costs that are eating into grocery money. Please see the list of grocery items below and consider whether you could bring bags of food this Sunday that we can take to Boley on Monday. If you are living out-of-town but would like to assist us in this effort, we can find someone to shop for you.
