View this email in your browser Dear Cypress Street, As you know, feeding the hungry is something Jesus was super passionate about! That's why our church partners with sister churches in providing & serving meals at Grace Place at least 4 times a year. We have two dates coming up quickly: Monday, July 31 and Monday, August 21.  We are charged with providing the dessert portion of these meals. If you would like to help by donating food, we are in need of individually pre-packaged Brownies or Oatmeal Cream Pies.  We expect to feed around 250 people in July (we'll need those by this weekend!) and around 200 in August, so don't be shy :) And sign up to join us there at Grace Place, if you can. Camp Pollock Offering

View this email in your browser Dear Cypress Street, Next week is Camp Meeting at Pollock (we will not hold services at Cypress Street that Wednesday night, the 19th). Camp Pollock continues to be a place where vital kingdom work is done, especially in the lives of students who attend camps there each summer.  This year, the property management team at Pollock have faced some extraordinary expenses with Roofing and A/C replacements in excess of $30,000. This Sunday, we will each have the opportunity to give something to help Camp Pollock. We'll then take one check from our church to the special Pollock offering being held on Friday of Camp Meeting.  If you'd like to give but can't be here this Sunday, you can join us at Pollock Friday evening or contact our office regarding where to send a check.
