Our Fall Party for kids & youth is this Wednesday, 6:30-7:30!

View this email in your browser We're excited to host a Fall Party for our kids & students in the Fellowship Hall this Wednesday @ 6:30 PM. There will be no other services this week.  Our students will start out upstairs in the youth room. Our children will start out in the Fellowship and will have an opportunity to go through the food line at 6:30 before the youth come down.  We will have pizza and snacks and popcorn (and candy, of course)! There will be face painting, mini "pumpkin" decorating, a photo backdrop, a "Cookie Walk" and a few games.  Oh, and this might be a great opportunity to invite a family who may not have a church family of their own! View this email in your browser Annual Business Meeting Dear Cypress Street, In addition to our annual business meeting this Wednesday (6:30 PM), we'll also celebrate October birthdays & anniversaries. If you haven't already registered your intent to attend as a voting member, please email or call the office as soon as possible. You do need to be registered to participate, see qualifications below.  Sandwiches, snacks and desserts are being prepared for our birthdays & anniversaries celebration. Plus, business meetings are always better with food :)  Hope to see you there, Pastor Neil Voting Qualifications The voting membership of the Corporation shall be restricted to those who meet the following conditions and all qualified members of this Corporation shall have the right to vote in all business meetings: They shall be at least 16 years of age. They shall have worshipped regularly with the corporate congregation for a period of at least six (6) months immediately preceding any meeting at which they exercise rights of membership. They shall have lived during this period of six (6) months in harmony with the doctrines and practices of the church as embodied in the New Testament scriptures. They shall have made a decision to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior and King. Those who have never before met the voting qualifications of our church shall also complete any orientation process set forth in policy by the Leadership Team (provided that opportunity is given during the six month period mentioned in B & C of this Section) and thereby attain voting privileges.
