Ruston Church Mission Workday

Dear Cypress Street,

Back in April, State Administrator/Pastor Steve Nelson shared with us a vision for saving a church on the brink of death in Ruston, LA. In the months to come, some of us will answer the call to help in big ways but the help needed now has to do with the church's run-down facility and grounds.

Can you come and lend a hand at Saturday's workday there in Ruston? Below, you'll find a list of things that need to happen around there. We need volunteers and tools/supplies.

Please contact me if you can help! Some of us may be able to carpool or caravan out there. Otherwise, I can get you directions. Thanks!

2. Baptistry Swept/Mopped
3. Rooms Cleaned Out/Swept/Mopped
4. Walls Cleaned (Painted?)
5. Flowerbed Cleaned Out (New Plants Needed?)
6. Parking Lot Cleared; RoundUp of Grass on Concrete; Striping of Parking Spaces
7. Lettering on Doors of Service Times/Phone Number
8. Water Seal/Wood Treatment Added around Windows to Prevent Leaking
9. Light Bulbs Replaced -- Ladders Needed
10. Trim Bushes and Tree Limbs

Fellowship Hall
1. Drainage Trench Dug around Back of Building.

3. Rooms Cleaned Out
4. Men's Bathroom Sanitized
5. Walls Cleaned (Painted?)
6. Gutter Repaired and Reattached
7. Trim Bushes and Tree Limbs
8. Repair/Refresh Signage
