| | | | Our Children on Christmas Eve | | Dear Parents, I wanted to write you and let you know a little of what to expect regarding our kids and the Christmas Eve service.
First, we plan to involve our children in the program! They'll be singing the song "Amen" with me. We will practice in the Sanctuary at the end of Sunday School this Sunday, the 18th. If you can't make it to Sunday School but would like your child to participate, please plan to arrive for this Sunday's practice around 10:15am. (If you'll be gone this week, your child will still be welcome to join the others and they'll likely catch on fast since there's only one word to remember! lol)
Second, there will be no Sunrise Kids Children's Church that day. However, the service should be pretty action packed with carols and video and their song and candles at the end. We will also hand out a little activity booklet with crayons that might help them through the mini-sermon :)
I think it's going to be a really special service for all of our families and as good a week as there ever was to have our children in the service with us!
